With over 4 years of solid operation, FaktorTel owns and operates our own international VOIP network, consisting of servers in both the southern and northern hemispheres and staff around the globe.
Unlike other companies we own and run 90% of our own equipment and write and maintain our own software for VOIP communications based off the Asterisk infrastructure. This allows us to provide quick support and a better customer experience for everyone.
FaktorTel is a privately own company with it's main office situated on the Gold Coast of Australia, employing Australians, Americans and Canadians to to setup and maintain equipment and to provide customer service to all FaktorTel customers.
FaktorTel's current operations center is based in the WaterSide East building of Bundall on the Gold Coast, as pictured below:
