Setting up your own VOIP

Setting up your own VOIP account is quite easy, simply make sure that you have the following:

• To use the FaktorTel Service all you need is a broadband internet connection.
• Broadband Router or Modem supplied by yourself or your ISP. If your not sure if yours is right, please call us on 877.882.628 and our staff will let you know.

As long as you have the 2 items above you can start using VOIP from anywhere in the country.

Simply choose a package that best suits you and signup. Once we have your order you will receive a username and password to use your account. If you have ordered a free device then your device will be setup and sent to you. All you'll have to do is plug and talk.
